Submit a Request

Use this channel for delivery claims, safety reports, arbitration opt-outs, copyright or legal notices, accessibility requests, merchant support, and general support. Privacy rights and automated-decision appeals should use the Privacy Request form.

Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, biometric samples, or original identity documents. Arbitration opt-outs must be submitted within the period stated in the Terms and clearly identify the account holder.
