CommuterCart is a last-mile delivery technology company powered by CommuterCart, using U.S. Patent 10,740,716 B1, owned and held by I-Transport LLC, a patented artificial intelligence system that coordinates physical goods transport using machine learning. Our platform, branded "Last Mile in a Box," allows small and mid-size businesses to access an on-demand, AI-matched local delivery network without building a fleet, hiring drivers, or paying marketplace commissions.

Unlike DoorDash or Uber Eats, which dispatch anonymous gig workers making dedicated trips, CommuterCart's Human Network is composed of verified local residents, commuters, contractors, and tradespeople who deliver packages that align with routes they're already traveling. The movement needed to complete the delivery is already happening.

We are launching initially in Farmington, Maine (our test market), with a deliberate organic growth strategy that expands town by town across Maine and ultimately throughout New England. We are approaching Howden Group Holdings because we need a sophisticated, global insurance partner who understands the gig-economy delivery space, the liability nuances of an AI-powered platform, and the IP protection requirements of a company with a live US patent. We need to go live, fully insured and fully protected, and we need Howden's expertise to build that coverage stack.
